Langhe, Piemonte

Like almost every year, we make a trip to Piemonte, specifically in the Langhe. We love this region. Its landscapes are always a pleasure for me to shoot. But we also travel there to enjoy the regional food and its famous wines. Barolo is my favorite, based on the nebbiollo grape variety, but there are many different varieties both white and red ones.

Over the time, we have visited many producers and tasted many different wines, but we also have our habits. If you are around the small village of Roddi, we can recommend the family-run winery called Cadia. They not only produce great wines at very good prices. But you can also find other local products such as hazelnuts (you know those you find in the Nutella!)
