Thailand has a special place in our family’s heart, because it is a mixture of an amazing culture, lovely people, gorgeous scenery and excellent food. We visited the country multiple times and really fell in love with its northern part called the smiling country.
Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai or Sukuhohai are amazing cities full of incredible temples and Buddhas worth walking around for hours to discover every hidden detail.

But the most amazing encounters are with the locals. Who ever you meet, monks, street food cooks or old ladies selling regional products, it’s every time an amazing experience.

The hills of the north produce superb landscapes. We even had the opportunity to spend a few days with a Karen family, a hill tribe, living lost in the mountains and growing rice.
