Provence is a large area in the South of France, going from Montélimar to the Mediterranean Sea. It has many gorgeous little towns with narrow streets and stone built houses. It is also famous for its wines and lavender fields.
We have spent many family vacations, both on the seaside or inland. It’s a pure pleasure to spend some time in local markets, buying local food and taking pictures of these many simple things.
If you spend some time on the Mediterranean coast, you have to visit the beautiful city of Marseilles, take the coastal road of the Calanques and shop at the food market of Aix-en-Provence.
